The Finstral Contacts Profile & Notifications
By clicking on the profile picture in the upper right corner, you can view your status and existing rights and edit your profile settings as follows:
- Enable/disable five different e-mail notifications:
- daily summary
- message on assignment of a new enquiry (notification of receipt)
- e-mail dispatch of created appointments (advisory, submission of offer, negotiation)
Note: dispatch does not apply to those appointments for which the option “by e-mail” instead of “on site” or similar was selected. - e-mail notification for completed enquiries after takeover by another responsible person
- receive a copy of the external e-mail (copy of the e-mail when an enquiry is assigned externally)
- Changing the profile picture and/or language
- Absence: if you set a recurring or one-off absence, and name your corresponding replacement here, no enquiry will be assigned to you in Finstral Contacts during this time.
Notifications for overdue Finstral enquiries
Timing of notifications
- Notifications apply exclusively to partners and only to Finstral enquiries created by Finstral.
- Notifications are sent on working days at 08:00 a.m.
- One email may contain several overdue enquiries of the same level.
- These email notifications cannot be disabled.
The three notification levels
| Level | Overdue for | Email to | Additional consequence |
| 1 | 48 hours | Responsible agent | Reminder of pending processing |
| 2 | 72 hours | Responsible agent and owner | Escalation involving the owner |
| 3 | 96 hours | Responsible agent, owner and responsible Finstral colleagues | Warning; the partner's sales points are deactivated for enquiry allocation |
Impact of level 3
If an enquiry has been overdue for 96 hours, the highest warning level is triggered. In addition to the email notification, the sales points of the affected partner are deactivated for the allocation of Finstral enquiries. As a result, the partner will temporarily no longer receive new allocated enquiries.
Important: Existing enquiries remain visible and must continue to be processed correctly.
Example
A partner user is responsible for five Finstral enquiries. At 08:00 on a working day, all five enquiries have been overdue for at least 48 but less than 72 hours. The user receives a Level 1 email summarising all five enquiries.
If there are other requests that have also been overdue for 72 or 96 hours at the same time, Level 2 and Level 3 emails are sent for these as well.
Recipients
- Level 1: responsible agent stored in the enquiry.
- Level 2: responsible agent and partner owner.
- Level 3: responsible agent, partner owner and responsible Finstral colleagues in your area.
Avoiding further warnings
- Open the enquiries listed in the email in Finstral Contacts.
- Check the due date and current processing status.
- Process the enquiry in accordance with the specified actions and update the status and/or due date.
- If you are not the person responsible, clarify responsibility internally at an early stage and ensure it is corrected accordingly.
